A touching prayer in a special moment.

I would like to share the following warm-hearted message received from a friend on the the X'mas Eve:

"Dear John,

Tonight is Christmas Eve, I'm thinking of you and wish to send special greetings to you.
I've read your blog for Mei Yee. I could see your deep love and memories for her.
This will be the " first" Christmas without her physcial presence. There will be other "firsts"--- hard to go through birthday, special festivals like tonight. I hope you're with understanding friends to standby you!

Tonight, I'll lit a candle to pray for you:
As Christ born to give His life for us, He wouldn't leave us alone.
May His soft comforting arms support you and draw you close,
May He keep you company through these days, reminding you're not alone
May His star shine through the nights and fill you with Hope !

Blessings,
Logo servant "

As the candle was lit, so pls. Pass It On to let your candle light too!
Thank God.

A dream before X'mas

Having spent a few days with father in a tour with no cell phone, internet,...but with some thoughts & memories, some of the places we visited was where Mei-yee have been to a few years ago. I've enjoyed the relaxing moments there and received a letter by Mei-yee from heaven.

A few days before X'mas, I had a dream about Mei-yee which was so concrete & clear for the first time. Perhaps due to the effect of the X'mas card (out of 3) Diana sent to me, she appeared as I could recall. And I hugged Mei-yee firmly at a moment.

Yesterday, hiking with Bonnie Pao, Jeremiah couple & Mei-yee's sis to the Mei-yee's Outlook, watching the red-round sun setting down till fading out from our sight, we enjoyed the quite moment there. (Pictures later)

Thanks to Jeremiah, our good brother of the West Point Baptist Church. He wrote a song to response & express as below:

"You willing was strong though body was weak. You lightened all around you when you suffered from sickness. We can no longer see your face and  hear your voices. We can only recall these from our memories. You are always in our heart.

Jeremiah"

Candle in the Wind

(Chorus*)
And it seems to me you lived your life like a candle in the wind:
never fading with the sunset when the rain sets in.
And your footsteps will always fall here, along Chi-fu's greenest hills;
your candle's burned out long before
your legend ever will.

A song to share

Candle In the Wind  (part lyrics)
Tribute to Princess Diana

.......Now you belong to heaven,
And the stars spell out your name.
And it seems to me you lived your life
Like a candle in the wind:
Never fading with the sunset
.......Loveliness we've lost;
These empty days without your smile.
.......And even though we try,
The truth brings us to tears;
All our words cannot express
The joy you brought us through the years.
And it seems to me you lived your life
Like a candle in the wind:
Never fading with the sunset...........

I hope you like this for recalling the image of Mei-yee.

Good song wordings for me esp.--to share.

Glad that lots of Mei-yee's friends attended the B-day party, out of imagination.
One of them wrote:

"John:

Anna & Wilman"

Although I don't know this song and the singer, I like its wordings.
Share with you.

Mei-yee's birthday today

Dear friends,

It is a special day today for me at least.

This morning, I went to the Mei-yee's Outlook with flowers and unluckily I met a wild boar again exactly there. It was a small one most probably and I am used to that gradually!
Sun came out and so did my thoughts and tears.......

See whether I can post the photos & video taken this morning here.

Viewing at home--14E/Block 2 (fm left)

Please enjoy and date back the moments with Mei-yee.
I hope this can be a platform for those would like remembering Mei-yee and knowing more about Mei-yee, us and my thoughts in this grieving period.
The content here is not recommended to be copied, forwarded, printed for those who can browsed here by themselves since I believe who really care will have time to come & visit.
No matter how less the reader is, it serves as a healing platform for me too.
This is also a long-lasting process as I will post lots of stuff related to Mei-yee such as her letters to God, her struggle, past photos, love message between us,....
Hope you will enjoy them in coming months and years.
May Mei-yee's shadow and laughing be with us from time to time.

A camping site with Mei-yee a few year ago.

Now I am spending the night in a retreat at Tao Feng Shan.
I came here for a retreat with Mei-yee a few year ago for the first time.
Very quiet & comfortable here with lots of thoughts & memories.
I meditated & prayed to God as a reunion with Mei-yee, the triangular relationship as in a marriage.
It is an ideal place for me to take a rest both physically & spiritually.

Today is the 100th day since Mei-yee passed away

她是我的妻子--陳美儀 (May).

我最感無悔的是這些日子裡,一直給她支持,恪守至終不渝;
這也是神所託付我,我心無二意,忠心完成了的使命.

真心地愛神愛人,是她一生最大的成就,是神所喜悅的 .
她的朋友,家人均表贊同.
